About me

With previous experience within customer services, I have a demonstrated history of working for a number of industries. Currently I am employed by BEAUTY BAY, an online cosmetic retailer within their customer services department. Though initially this role began as just an agent, I have quickly established my capacity to do more for the business, including improving brand image, tone of voice, and customer experience.

Predominantly my skills lie in writing, but during my current employment I've been able to expand this skill set to include a proficient talent for social media managing and strategy, informed by my postgraduate studies, My ability is evidenced by my degrees, and further supported by my work both employed and freelance that I am happy to share.

Away from my job, I am working on building a portfolio of work to showcase my abilities as both an academic writer as well as a creative, and I hope to be able to continue this in future.
