About me

I am a creative, focused, and enthusiastic 3rd and final year Graphic Design student from Coventry University with a range of skills including design for print, photography, including digital imaging/retouching, I have also learnt web design and animation.

From April 2007 I have been working on live projects including an Annual Report design and promotional material for Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sport.

In the Summer of 2007 I completed work experience with Birmingham's Media Content Lab that gave me a thorough insight into a Design Studio, whilst helping them to develop conceptual designs.

Since then, I have been working freelance for The Usual Studio, a design company based in the Midlands, whilst keeping on top of my studies. Jobs have included the design of promotional materials, networking with possible clients, meeting new clients to discuss concepts, concept development, and portrait, and events photography.

I am a thoughtful and ambitious designer with a passion and zest for life that's reflected in my creative work.

I am business minded, helping The Usual Studio to gain more exposure and meeting new clients during the summer. This interaction with clients and other designers has given me a knowledge of the design business that is quickly developing.
