About me

Originally from Czechia, I moved to the UK to broaden my knowledge and experience.

Before I moved to the UK I was employed by a small roofing company in Prague as an office manager/price estimator.

After 6 years I thought it was time for a change, so I accepted an offer from, AV Media on a position of junior rental technician with specialization in sound, IT and audio/video editing and recording. Also, I worked within the lights and video projection teams. During this period I was also a team member of the digital cinema repair and maintenance division where I was responsible for servicing about 130 cinemas across Czechia. Our client list included, for example, Hilton Hotels, Marriott hotels, Czech OlympicCommittee and many more. On occasions, I was responsible for handling various rental projects regarding video conferencing solutions.

After my contract ended I decided to move to Telford, UK, where I worked for a while as a computer repair/refurbishment technician. Then I got an offer from a London based event company, which allowed me to get back to my previous line of work, where I stayed for about a year as a warehouse manager. After leaving I found a similar position in another company, where I worked until recently.
