I've applied for your job openings thru your website - unfortunately I couldn't attached any introduction and I'd love to share few words with you:

I'm a big believer of end-to-end experience. You can't truly convey the experience you want thru separating the business goals from UX from frontend code from communication and marketing. It needs to be seen not as designing a mere website but rather as an (online) product - which has its goals and - besides other stuff - it needs to serve the business and the clients.

That's why I've been focusing on the whole frontend life-cycle from gathering the requirements, to mockups & wireframing, UI/UX, graphics to the actual HTML/CSS/JS code with focus on small details and animations.
