Dear, Hiring Manager

I am a commercially aware freelance photographer based in Lancaster, and I am writing to apply for the Designer position at Space I was excited to learn about this, and I believe that I have the right qualifications to not only meet your expectations, but to go above and beyond them.

I have collaborated and motivated art directors on specific projects using my technical knowledge of working in a studio with the incorporation of financial and time constraints. In addition to this I am able to promptly understand and synthesize what a client wants in an easy to understand visual format, presenting my ideas and findings to the rest of the team.

My work leans heavily on my ability to build a good relationship with my clients and members of my team. This has strengthened my interpersonal skills which I believe will prove valuable in establishing relationships with other business partners. I also pride myself on my strong communication and liaising skills which I've had to rely on while coordinating work for certain briefs.

I have gained much of my applicable experience through my work as a photographer. I have acquired thorough understanding of not only the 'art' of photography, but of the workflow processes of capture, input backup, post processing and output preparation.

With the introduction of digital imagery into my own personal workflow it has enabled me to develop and refine my own post production techniques on industry standard software packages such as the full Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One software.

I believe output is one of the most overlooked features of photography due to the fact there are many great people but who get let down by their outputting processes I believe this is one of the key hindrances of contemporary photography, therefore I make it pivotal to get this right first time.

I'm fully versed in a number of programs including the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Microsoft Office, Mac and Windows Operating Systems. I am also versed in website content management through the use HTML, CSS, and FTP systems shown by the online presence of my website portfolio.

I have had a lifelong interest in the visual medium, and I constantly research classic, current styles and trends in contemporary photography. I am focused, driven and very dedicated to my profession. I encourage you to take a look at my website, *.

My experience has taught me to be efficient but also to take the time to help others because with people we wouldn't be here where we are now. I am very flexible, able to learn quickly, and adapt to different situations that are put forward to me.
