About me
I've worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, building teams and creating human-centric products that connect people to technology and drive global business success. Passionate about product and CX innovation, I pioneered Experience Pad (a simulation research lab), UNiLAB (a student innovation incubator), and XPractice (an MRM experience consultancy). Currently, I focus on using AI and emerging technologies to enhance people's lives and CX performance.
Awards & Accomplishments: Won Gold Awards at the Webby, RADs (Recruitment Advertising) and CIPD. Won and led Yas Island Experience Platform pitch account worth £25 mil (2nd largest Sapient account). Shortlisted for 2021 Cannes Digital Award. Creation of the British Airways app. Created 2 product innovation research labs.
