My professional qualifications and trainings undertaken include:- PRINCE2 certified practitioner. APMG certified Change Management practitioner. Diploma in Procurement - IPA/CIPS. Accelerating Agile Development for Scrum Teams (training). I have a great track record, successfully fulfilling all aspects of my senior roles, spanning Operations, Project Management, Production, Creative Services and Business Analysis. Delivering projects on time, on budget and within agreed scope. My experience also includes working with companies to review their operations by defining and implementing workflow processes which maximise output and improve quality - driving down costs through streamlining and efficiencies. This has resulted in greatly improved client satisfaction scores, higher profit margins, significantly increased pitch-to-win ratio and a noticeable improvement in inter-departmental relations.
