About me
I have one year of experience in the design industry (plus four years of university during which I used to do the design work for the restaurant where I worked), and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time, plus my enthusiasm to learn more, open mind and positive attitude make me a good candidate for the role.
In my current role as a freelance graphic designer, I have been responsible for producing the branding for some small companies and menu design. Additionally, I worked on updates for some businesses according to Covid-19 Safety Guidelines (conception of QR codes for digital menu display and cutlery safety packaging) which has helped not only me but also the businesses to thrive and get through these harder times.
In my time as a Graphic Design student I had the opportunity to explore the use of design for films, both by reproducing objects from historical periods and by designing new concepts for original pieces. I went further into this matter on my Major Project, when I created some graphic props for a movie adaptation of the book "The Suicide Club" from R. L. Stevenson which takes place in Victorian London.
