About me

My name is Marlon Griffin and I have just moved back to the U.K from Singapore where I held the position of Creative Director. I was working for BDA Creative a creative agency for media brands.

Our clients included the BBC,Disney,SYFY,ESPN & NBC Universal.

In this role I was leading a creative team of 14 including creatives,motion designers, producers & editors across all creative & promotion.

Recent achievements include launching Disney XD in Asia, a campaign I creatively lead the winning integrated pitch for, including directing nine films, a print campaign and online.

I have 15 years experience, giving me a broad skill set, including creative concepting, copy writing, art direction, directing live action and motion design. Getting the best out of and motivating a team.

In my career I have written commercial campaigns that went through the line involving TV, print, radio and Online. As well as directed international commercials for products such as Coke,Canon,and Orange

Essentially I'm a creative with a strong eye who can apply himself to many tasks. For me its always about the big idea. If the idea is good enough it can run on all platforms.
