About me

My name is Mark Stanfield and I have been working in the Product Design field for almost a year. I have a Bachelor of Engineering Product Design from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

I am very interested in Product Design and the Product Design process. I am looking to start my career in a firm that deals with different projects and a variety of customers.

During my University studies and work experience I have developed a number of skills and in particular mention as follows

- Strong communication skills, with sound problem solving abilities that have been developed throughout my studies.

- Strict time management skills, an excellent ability to work as a part of a team, and a professional attitude to work.

- Computer literacy with a diverse range of CAD experience. These resulted from and were reinforced by my University and personal experience

- High motivation, as well as an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. These skills were improved and enhanced from heavy study, sport and work commitments.

I have a keen interest in the newest technology and innovative ideas. I am also interested in automotive design and recently attended the 2003 Tokyo Motor Show. I have many interests and hobbies. These include Baseball, Motorcycling and Playing pool.

I believe I can make a significant contribution to the company's business. I am prepared to take on any tasks initially, as well as engaging in further study with the aim of progressing to project management.
