I am writing in response to the Designer vacancy as seen on the creativepool website (REF: lr0107a)

Having worked freelance for the last couple of years I am used to working in a face paced environment. This is mainly because it is when agency are working at capacity that they need the extra resources that I offer. At HCL, I produced recruitment ad campigns with a very fast turnaround as they needed to fill the positions ASAP and at John Brown the publications were printed every month so we had to work fast to meet the dealines.

I have also worked with some global brand including Rolls Royce and Orange. One piece of design that I did for an Orange promotional booklet was then taken by them and turned into an instore display and rolled out to all their stores nationally. I was also chosen by Ogilvy to complete the D&AD integrated advertising workshops based on my response to a brief that they had set. As my response was one of the best 20 ideas they received, I got to work with some of the leading integrated agencies in the UK including OgilvyOne, LIDA, Claydon Heeley, WWAV Rapp Collins, Cunning, Wunderman, and Tequilla.

I have excellent technical ability across Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and can also work with moving image in After Effects and video editing in Premiere. I also have some knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver.
