About me

From his East Devon studio close to the beautiful Jurassic coastline Mark Mitchell creates CGI images and animation for National Advertising Campaigns and well known household brand names.

Mark has over 30 years of professional experience in the design industry, 2 decades of which he has independently freelanced for major advertising agencies and directly with manufacturers.

Design, Illustration and animation techniques have radically changed since the introduction of CGI- (computer-generated imagery) standing side by side with traditional hand drawn methods. Mark's skills have evolved with these significant changes in working methods and he has received recognition for his CGI work from industry bodies such as the AOI (association of illustrators) being jury selected for the "Best of British Illustration 2012" book. His work also features on the reels for outstanding 3D motion graphics and animation created by major UK companies using MAXON's CINEMA 4D software.
