Dear Sir/Madam,

Having spent 15 months at Xerox creating interactions and user interfaces I have commercial experience of developing innovative ideas from concepts through to fully working prototypes and beyond.

With a degree in Ergonomics I have in depth knowledge of use centered design, personas, focus groups, contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations and other ethnographic methods. With experience of both quantitative and qualitative methods I can fully clarify the results of user research, be it through visualizing trends via charts/graphs to grouping insights and concepts via affinity diagrams.

Having focused on usability and HCI at university, coupled with commercial experience of wire-framing and the interaction architecture of over 400 unique screens throughout all pathways of a software system sold on a product sold worldwide I believe I have the potential that your vacancy is calling for.
