About me

Hi there, I'm an experienced and creative senior graphic designer (around 12 years).

My work includes the use of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, FreeHand and Quark. I'm used to working on a variety of both national and international brands and campaigns in a range of different sectors. This includes involvement from the initial brainstorming of concepts through to readying the job for pre-press. My work has varied between designing my own material from scratch through to following corporate design briefs with strict design and layout specifications.

My experience in advertising agencies has led me to working on a variety of different mediums and formats, including a wide range of print branding, brochures, magazines, catalogues, flyers, posters, POS, packaging, signage email campaigns and front end web design.

I'm not afraid of hard work or long hours and I'm used to working to tight deadlines. I'm able to accommodate the needs of clients and am used to dealing with them both face to face and over the telephone. I am resourceful, adaptable and quick-thinking, and have an eye for detail. I am used to working in a team environment but can also work well autonomously.

I'm the sort of person who can hit the ground running and happy to carry out any task assigned from studio work to creative. I enjoy what I do and take pride in my work without arrogance or preciousness. I am easy-going and enjoy working with people with a good sense of humour.

As well as the UK, I have had overseas experience in New Zealand, Australia and Denmark.

In addition to this, my work experience is backed by a degree in Multimedia Design and a HND in Print Design, as well as a good working pre-press knowledge.
