Experienced Studio/Production Manager/Senior Artworker

Extensive knowledge of InDesign, Quark Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

I'm a highly passionate and creative Studio/Production Manager/Senior Artworker with over 20 years' experience in busy advertising and marketing agency environments.
Training initially as a Mac Artworker, I went on to develop my skills working on a huge variety of projects for large blue-chip and public sector organisations.

This involved working on everything from press advertising jobs through to large scale multimedia campaigns including print, digital and outdoor production.
Developing my skills and experience on the job, I moved into studio management. This meant overseeing and motivating a team of six Mac Operators within one of the UK's busiest and largest specialist creative communications businesses. This allowed me to develop my commercial awareness of the studio function, the end-to-end trafficking process, and the development of a more flexible and cost effective team through the use of freelancers when applicable.
I'm a strong and clear communicator and I feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels - internally or externally. I have significant problem-solving, technical, time, and project management skills. I've coupled these with a designer's eye for creativity, solid production and delivery management.
