About me
I have been doing web and other forms of interactive design since 1997, working both freelance and for a variety agencies and retail companies. My design background includes web site design (most recently specializing in e-commerce design), banners, emails, in-store touch screen kiosk interfaces and software interface design.
I place an emphasis on usability and intuitive interaction with the majority of my designs. Supporting this, I have experience designing tests for end user interaction and site layout optimization (both element testing and A/B testing).
My technical skillset includes moderate CSS, HTML, and javascript coding ability and actionscript "for design" meaning that I can build menus, make things move with code, dynamically load text and such, but I do not create applications with Flex or with AS3 I leave that to the dedicated developers.
