About me
I work with designers, developers, and procurement companies to help deliver complex hospitality and luxury interiors projects smoothly and predictably. My role is about making sure good ideas survive the realities of budgets, programmes, and site conditions — and that projects finish as intended, not compromised along the way.
I've spent over 20 years delivering high-end projects across the UK and Europe, with experience covering bespoke furniture, technical development, logistics, and on-site installation. This end-to-end understanding allows me to spot issues early and deal with them practically, before they become bigger problems.
I'm often brought in when projects involve multiple parties, tight timescales, or higher levels of complexity. I'm comfortable coordinating designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and installers, and I take responsibility for keeping things moving and decisions clear.
Alongside project delivery leadership, I have a background in furniture design and product development. That creative and technical grounding helps me work constructively with design teams while staying focused on buildability, quality, and cost control.
I work best with clients who value experience, clear communication, and a steady hand through delivery — particularly where the details matter and there's little room for error.
