About me

I have recently graduated with a 2:1 in a BA(Hons) Graphic Design degree course and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this current position or the possibility of other positions that may arise in the near future. As you can see from my CV I have developed knowledge of Graphic Design and spent my final year focusing upon employability skills, which are readily transferable to the labour market.

I am a hard working and determined individual with a keen interest in Graphic Design. I am also highly motivated and a quick learner, able to work effectively alone or as part of a team. I have an innate ability to produce creative and highly effective solutions to various problems, irrelevant of time constraints. I have good communication skills, polite, disciplined, respectful with the ability to get on well with people, but most essentially I have the experience of working effectively under pressure in difficult situations.

My degree and work experience have provided an in-depth knowledge of, and skills in Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Director providing a broad but interconnecting knowledge and understanding of graphic design.

I am naturally creative, which has developed from a young age, but through reading, research and speaking to professionals I decided to pursue Graphic Design as my ultimate career direction.
