About me

I am a digital imaging and design specialist with over 35 years experience. I have worked in various capacities with, and on projects for Adobe, Broderbund, Canon, Epson, Fuji, Intel, ISee Media, Kodak, Lexmark, Live Picture, MGI Software, Microsoft, Roxio, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony, Visual Infinity and many other companies. Much of my career has been involved in working with, and managing teams of talented designers, graphic artists, photographers and videographers within the Canadian and US markets and more recently here at home in the UK.

I've had a broad range of design and software project management experience including, the creation and applications of identity programs, multimedia authoring and video production, interface design for applications and interactive kiosks, exhibition and environmental graphics, packaging, promotional materials of every kind and web design and photography for musicians and their management companies.

Between projects I also work as a consultant and write reviews of imaging and design software, hardware and books for kickstartnews and produce blogs on Digital Imaging, Art and Photography. I am currently involved in launching a new project called Creative Imaging News which is a web portal dedicated to providing information on software, hardware and resources relating to creative imaging.

I would like to be involved in projects at a team lead or management level, but would readily entertain creative, design, and consultative roles.
