About me
I have three years of experience working at Dell, where I started as an intern and soon became a permanent part of their social media team. During that time I had the chance to work in different areas of the digital marketing process.
Our main task was to produce support videos for the Dell YouTube channel, as well as managing our Facebook page. We had a very rotative system so I was lucky to get a lot of experience; from scripting every video to uploading and managing both accounts. As a result, I also learnt to establish a connection with the public and could practice my social media skills.
Working as a freelancer I was able to put into practice my SEO and Google Analytics knowledge, creating and maintaining some small business websites. During that period I also refined my skills in design, web development and how to produce online pieces.
