For 5+ years, I worked on English-language YouTube projects at TheSoul Publishing across multiple stages - from scriptwriting to publishing. One of the key projects was an English-language YouTube channel with a virtual host: I proposed the character concept, developed the character's look and role within episodes, and worked with the team to bring the project from concept to its first published videos within one month. The channel later entered the . Top 250 ranking.

- I can join a project when there is only a general idea or a large amount of fragmented material and identify what is missing for the next step.
- I research topics, work with stories, characters, and concepts, identify weak points, and find possible directions for development.
- I prefer working with a consistent creative team: discussing ideas, explaining tasks and changes, reviewing work in progress, and helping contributors bring their work to completion.
- I am ready to take responsibility not only for development, but also for making sure a project is completed, delivered, and released, even when I am not the only person doing the final work.

I am looking for project-based roles in story / narrative development, creative research, and content development - primarily in film, TV series, and animation, and selectively in digital, games, and interactive storytelling. I want to expand my role toward producing: contribute to project packaging and presentation, create pitch materials, research funding opportunities, and work out how a project can be realized in practice.

The best way to describe my approach to work is through a story about motorcycles. When I started learning to ride, I could not make it even ten meters. Two years later, I had ridden about 23,000 km and reached the Edge of the World on a motorcycle that was objectively a poor fit for that trip. I relate to the principle "the best motorcycle is the one you have": do not wait for perfect conditions, learn what you need along the way, change the approach if it does not work, and still finish what you started.
