About me
I am an industrial designer with bachelor's degree in Industrial Design (PucRio - Brazil /Politecnico di Milano - Italy) and master's degree in Industrial Design with emphasis in Medical and Social Design (Technion - Israel). I offer 5+ years of professional experience in product development since its conception and research until its final technical detailing. Additionally, I have
wide experience with designing software as Solidworks, 3d max, Keyshot, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Autocad. Medical devices, human centred design and studies regarding the user experience are part professional path and passion.
Currently I am working with ADL (Aids for Daily Living) design for elderly and people with disabilities and I am responsible for generating innovative concepts, developing its design and producing final material for production (as 3d models, technical drawing and specification for plastic injection molds). The most recent project I've been involved with is the ThisAbles, a worldwide advertised IKEA campaign. In this project I was responsible for producing 3d printable hacks for IKEA furniture in order to make inclusive for people with disabilities.
Furthermore, I currently have a medical device, designed during my master's final project, under development by Technion Technology Transfer, institution responsible for several nobel prized and worldwide relevant patents.
