I am a highly creative and talented interior designer and would like to be apply for the above position.

I relocated to London from New Zealand three weeks ago to look for a role such as this to gain professional experience in London after having completed my formal training at the Inchbald School of Design here last year. The qualification from the Inchbald builds on experience gained over years of refurbishing the interiors of homes in New Zealand and internationally in Qatar, as well as design consulting, project management and client aspects of my professional career.

Due to success on the course, I was able carry out valuable work experience at David Collins Studio for a short time where I worked for a number of the designers on their team, learning to research and source specific elements required for luxury hospitality and hotel projects, and practical aspects of preparing documentation required.

I would bring a range of skills to work on super prime residential projects and be very capable of working on all aspects of design and project management both creatively, technically and administratively, due to strong skills developed through many years of experience working on private residential projects through my own interior design refurbishment work, experience in specifying and procurement of product and administration work gained through recent roles as design consultant in Auckland, New Zealand, at Cavit & Co and Dawson & Co, and as project manager at Custance Associates.

I am enthusiastic, highly organised and efficient. I learnt good design detailing skills, hand rendering skills and awareness of specifications through my work at the Inchbald School of Design as well as the 'Estimate' package and Sketchup. I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, and the Microsoft suite of programs. I am highly motivated and totally committed to learning strong skills, enjoy being part of a team, and can show initiative when required.

I have a UK work visa for 5 years, which is renewable, and I can commence work immediately.
