About me

I am a graphic designer with 15 years of experience. I honed my graphic design skills working for a small design agency, I stayed for 7 years, working from a junior to a senior designer. My clients were mostly not-for-profit companies and organisations. I left to work exclusively in the not-for-profit sector when I joined Save the Children as an in-house designer. This role gave me the chance to work on some high profile and challenging projects. I art directed photo shoots for major fundraising campaigns. I stepped into creative leadership managing a team of designers, adding to my skill set. With 15 years experience working as a designer on print and digital projects it seemed like the right time to go freelance. Since 2017 I have been running my own company Grystmill Ltd. I work in house for clients and also on a project by project basis. I have worked with Save the Children, British Red Cross and IPPF as well as many private clients.
