About me
I am a very creative person. Illustration and design has always been a passion of mine. I studied photography for three years and obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree at the Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I worked as a photographer for about 3 years.
In 2019, I decided to travel to Thailand where I obtained a 140 hour TELF certificate. I Worked as an ESL teacher for three years and decided to return to South Africa. In those three years, I realized that I need to be in a creative industry, as I am a problem solver and need to be challenged. Hence, I started studying web development/design in my free time.
When I returned to south Africa in 2022, I started working at a large format Giclee printing company (WalkerDigital) as a Graphic designer / printing assistant. My Adobe software skills have improved greatly, as well as my knowledge about printing, scanning, file setup and various types of archival paper. I loved this job, but sadly had to resign, as my husband found a job in the UK.
I have successfully obtained my Spousal Visa and have permission to work in the UK.
