About me
Marcus Peel is a UK-based commercial and fine art photographer, specialising in architecture, interiors and environmental portraits.
For the past 25 years, Marcus has photographed the world of design. Led by curiosity and research, he focuses on geometry, symmetry, and abstraction, as a visual narrative. His photography is characterized by a clean and graphic sensibility, bringing this style of approach to all his subjects.
Commissions and personal projects have taken Marcus all over the world, from the Icehotel in the Arctic for Big Earth Productions, to the surviving storehouses in Japan, and to Battersea Power Station in London for Apple.
Marcus thrives on collaboration, and has worked with incredible teams, including art directors, stylists, retouchers, and film editors.
Clients include advertising agencies, design companies, PR companies, artists, architects, interior designers, property developers, hotel groups and iconic brands.
Marcus's photographs have won multiple awards, including Best in Category in the AOP Photography Awards, Silver in the Graphis Photography Annual, third place in the International Photography Awards and Gold in Px3. His work has been exhibited at a variety of galleries and museums including Anise Gallery, London, Design Museum Brussels, Brussels and Espace Dupon, Paris.
Marcus's work is held in corporate and private collections.
