About me
As an editorial designer and lecturer with 14 years of experience, I am passionate about creating and sharing the art of publication design and art direction. I have a MA in Graphic Design Communication from the University of the Arts London, and a MA in Aesthetics and Art History from the Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where I also taught courses on editorial design, light and color, principles of design, and aesthetics and art theory.
I have designed publications for various genres, audiences, and purposes, from gastronomy magazines to corporate and economic reports, from travel and fashion magazines to art and luxury publications, from adult magazines to magazines on raising babies. Each project has been a new challenge and a new opportunity to showcase my skills in layout, typography, illustration, photography, and printing. My main objective, and at the same time my greatest challenge, is to outdo myself with every new page I design.
