I have two years of experience in IT service industry worked with leading Telecommunication Giant client- T-Mobile, USA. During this period, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in various technologies which helped to whet my technical skills.
To highlight my key roles that, I have played so far:
- Have worked with Virtual Generator (Vugen) to automate scripts using JScripts, C and VB Script
- Have worked on testing the performance of various protocols like Web, AJAX, etc.,
- Have hands on experience on HP and CA tools such as HP BSM, HP Sitescope, Wily, HP OVO.
- Agent Installations and configuration of nodes using HP OVO.
- Have knowledge on ServiceNow.
