With a growing track record in overseeing Project Management and delivering several change management initiatives in UX, high technology retail and Aviation environments, I wish to apply for the position Project Manager. I see this role as a natural progression because I enjoy delivering projects working at Webcredible, Monarch Airlines and Carphone Warehoue, supporting project management teams, coordinating different change initiatives, strengthening capabilities in key areas and contributing to wider commercial performance by ensuring overall objectives are met.

Project Management: Delivering IT Projects for both Internal and External customers. My current list of Clients working at Webcredible are: UCAS, Experian, Riverford -Big Fish, Duo Boots - Big Fish, Pandora, Save The Children, Confused, CGI, L&Q, ACAEW, Vouchercodes & Brompton.

Project Management Office (PMO): Proven experience in supporting wider change management initiatives and teams by putting in place the necessary frameworks for establishing a PMO function completely from scratch.

PMO Lead (Business Operations): Successfully designed, planned and implemented a PMO function for up to 100 people at Carphone Warehouse by defining overall remit, reviewing existing projects and reporting needs.

Project Management Skills: Growing experience in managing end-to-end processes to deliver change initiatives and improve existing processes, whilst facilitating other projects by supporting teams & coordinating activities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Delivering a highly proactive service to stakeholders, by communicating effectively and influencing wider decisions at planning/review meetings.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to take a step back, evaluate problems and think 'out-of-the-box' to develop innovative solutions by understanding the wider picture (strategy), tactical responses and operational plans.

Reporting & Analysis: Using well-developed reporting, analysis, project documentation and systems skills to evaluate management information, KPI metrics and make key recommendations - includes confidently presenting business cases, etc.

Governance & Best Practice: Delivering effective PMO functions by ensuring robust processes, KPI reporting frameworks, risk analysis and documentation requirements to fully monitor budgets, milestones and progress.
