About me
Since completing a 'Design for Digital Media' honours degree at
Gray's School of Art, I have gone on to work with several projects - mostly in Scandinavia having lived there over the last few years.
Although my education gave me a great platform of skills, I feel
I have actually learned more since then - keeping up to date with developments in the software and learning new skills/techniques all the time. Also I feel I have a good ability to think laterally, or 'outside the box'.
Well versed in the Adobe Creative suite, I have done work for
print using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (i.e. promotional material, restaurant menus, pamphlets, posters and various other bits and pieces) as well as web/multimedia work including two websites (one made using Flash and one with Dreamweaver) and some Flash animation.

I have also some experience with other related software such as
Corel Painter and Manga Studio which provide some excellent
illustrative solutions on the rare occasion Adobe CS does not.
Photography is another field in which I am familiar, indeed I have recently diversed into learning High Dynamic Range (HDR)
photographic techniques with some highly rewarding results.
My creative appetites extend also to music, which I write, produce and play. I am a sociable, amiable person who enjoys meeting and interacting with people, conversation, and a great atmosphere.
All in all I consider myself to be comfortable with the graphic design workflow; diligent and competent - having worked both alone and cooperatively - and with my work ethic (regarding deadlines and goals) I feel I would be a valuable teammate.
I sincerely hope to get the chance to meet you and prove
myself to be an friendly, communicative and ardent individual
with an energy both worthwhile and beneficial.
Best regards,
W. Malcolm Whyte
