About me

A Creative, flexible and confident designer, I pay maximum attention to detail and possess a positive attitude with a drive to hit and over perform on objectives and targets. Armed with good communication skills, a cheerful disposition and a background in service related projects whereby I would liaise reguarly with clients and agencies, I believe I would be able to make a relevant contribution to the role of a designer.

I have practical experience in graphic, communications design and stage design. A keen researcher, I have a strong foundation in design thinking, branding, data synthesis and translating insights into recommendations.

I have an enriching experience of 2 years in the design industry in India during which I worked with leading art directors and worked in communications design projects for companies like Tetrapak, Aditya Birla and Thorat to mention a few and have worked on different print media solutions including packaging, brochures, branding and identity for various clients.

I have worked on deadline driven projects independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team comprising of designers, researchers and strategists, which has been very challenging.

I have been an integral part of design teams right from writing proposals, creating sound design briefs, design solutions and complete design execution.

I have a good technical knowledge of current design packages (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,Indesign) and possess the ability to handle and resolve issues successfully.

I have recently completed my Masters in Design from the University of Dundee in Sept 2010, and will be in a position to join immediately.

My past experience has equipped me with organization, communication skills and methodical work planning. I am now able to apply design thinking easily to any situation. Also, I am told by my peers that I possess social skills and an ability to connect with people which I would like to capitalize on while working with your esteemed organization.
