About me

I would like to be considered for the Full/part-time position as a Planner. I have had a great deal of experience with customers from all different backgrounds and different ages whilst as a cosmetics sale assistant in Selfridges. As a result, I am very knowledgeable about the importance of the needs of customers. I am studying advertising now however, when I did My BETC National Diploma in media I advertised my College website and also did Marketing Intelligent.

The place that I worked at is very customer focused and working there has given me the confidence and motivation in communicating with people in the correct manner. This involved assisting client's in taking down orders via methods of face to face, greeting and meeting them at the door and making sure they are comfortable at all times during the time. I also assisted the manager by dictating one side of the cosmetics section, ensuring the highest quality customers experience that is expected from us. The place also expects us to smile and enjoy serving the customers which will omit to the customers and give them a smile and enjoy serving by us, this has been proved by the positive feedback we get from the customers. I enjoy working with people and have great relationships with my colleagues. I am very approachable and have excellent communication skills. I work very hard to make people feel welcome and comfortable so that they have the greatest experience that is possible.

The reason why I want, and chose, to apply to work in Advertising industry is when I do shopping I noticed the latest fashion and loved each of brand new seasons that it represented this year. I felt the people working with the companies are very happy and really enjoy in what they do and made me feel very welcome when I was shopping there. I recognise the company's aim and it's to give the best service to the customers and enjoy and have fun in what you do. I have always wanted to work into a fashion retail industry. Working within this company will be a dream come true.
