About me

I have an analytical and creative generalist profile due to over 18 years leading the convergence between Digital Marketing, Innovation, and Business Development in different projects, teams, and clients. In recent years, I have focused on the concepts of Dual Marketing / Machine Marketing and Artificial Intelligence. I work on the architecture of innovation models that integrate Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to generate predictable, scalable, and sustainable growth.

With a degree in Digital Multimedia (Unisul) and a Master's in Innovation Management (ESPM and ITA - Technological Institute of Aeronautics), I use my knowledge of agile methodologies and performance metrics with the sensitivity of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in leading high-performance teams and projects.

I also work as a professor at ESPM Dynamic and in the Postgraduate program, in the courses Innovation and Marketing in the AI Age and Revenue Operations (RevOps) in the subject of Growth Strategies, empowering leaders to make decisions based on economic impact and operational efficiency.

I have experience working at agencies such as LLYC, Ogilvy, InPress Porter Novelli, and CUBOCC, managing global projects for brands like Unilever (Rexona, Axe, Knorr), Merck, Roche, Ambev, Boeing, Volkswagen, and VTEX.

This experience with projects in different sectors and markets has broadened my business vision and made me a versatile professional with a broad repertoire, sensitivity, adaptability, and an integrated approach to communication.
