I have worked as a Sports Correspondent for three years in India's leading English News Channel - NDTV. I have also worked for two years as an executive in the Business Development team at Star India Pvt Ltd. My main and most immediate goal is to further my career in Journalism and Production, and gain more experience abroad.

Sector Experience

NDTV: (June 2007-June 2010), Producer: I was the assistant producer for the prime time shows at 19:30 and 23:00 and the lead producer of the early morning sports show. My duties involved supervising live airing of the bulletin, organizing shoots and guests, preparing budgets for outstation shoots and supervising editing of pre recorded magazine shows., Editor: Along with my reporting duties I was also an editor for the desk and edited numerous packages, which were aired on the channel. I am proficient in Final Cut Pro (FCP) and AVID., Sports Correspondent: I covered various sporting events in and around New Delhi. My specialty was Football and I covered most of the English and European Football events for the Indian audience.
