Having worked in the advertising business for more than 19 years, she loves to combine creativity with technology.

Madelon has been working at several agencies including DDB Amsterdam and Lemz before co-leading the creative team at CODE D'AZUR.

Since then, Madelon's creative leadership and supporting team of digital addicts has resulted in numerous awards including Eurobest, Webbies and Lovies awards. She also has served as a creative juror at Cannes Lions, Webby and Lovie awards
