About me

I graduated from Heriot Watt in 2008 with a 2:1 honours degree in Fashion design. Since then I have focused my career in graphic design, project management, social media and web development. I am a very experienced user of Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop; InDesign; Dreamweaver and Fireworks on both Apple and PC formats.

In my previous position of Online Manager at Jane Davidson, it was my responsibility to redesign the online boutique, photograph all products for the online shop, create a strong online presence through blogging and other social media avenues, design of all printed and digital advertising materials along with creating different email campaigns in an aim to boost online and instore sales.

Previous to working at Jane Davidson I worked in a small Print Management design studio based in Falkirk. Within this role it was my responsibility to produce a range of different printed material for B2B and B2C companies. I took each job from initial briefing to finished print ready artwork. As well as producing all artwork I account managed a variety of clients, from small local businesses to multinational companies such as Visa and Virgin. This position was a steep learning curve enabling me to successfully time manage a very busy and varied workload along with gaining the confidence needed to explain the technicalities of particular jobs to clients in an assured manner.
