About me

Hi, my name is Lewis Carter. I love drawing, creative writing, listening to music and playing guitar. In 2009 I received my degree in Computer Aided Product Design, which I studied at Bournemouth University. I have worked with a local advertising and design agency on several occasions, and assisted in the production of several brochures - clients included Somerset Tourism and Bath Travel. I have since worked freelance, providing illustrations for clients (mostly pets!) and more lately, photographic visualisations.

I occasionally apply Adobe software to my creative pastimes too, and have taught myself how to create a simple website (now offline). Generally I favour 2D art forms, from pencil and ink, to digital montage and Photoshop. Outside of art, I have worked night shifts for many years as a stable income, but I always welcome any prospective interest in freelance / home-based creative work.
