I'm Luke - I've worked in User Experience and online for the past six years.

Most recently I've been part of a team delivering big projects to the BBC for things like their digital coverage of Glastonbury.

My approach to delivering a site or solution that works is to build constantly with user goals in mind. Identify clear user-centric objectives from the outset and allow those to entirely inform the design and interaction process throughout the whole project.
