Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Luke Testro and I am writing to apply for the Copywriter.

This year I have graduated university with 2:1 honours degree studying scriptwriting. My time at university has strongly improved my understanding and knowledge of writing not just for scripts but in analysing and proof reading. I spent much of my time breaking down features such as films, TV programmes, books, and other media related articles whilst keeping to the meaning of the medium and sticking to the strict deadlines set.

During my time at university I worked in many different groups with other students who all had their own ideas for input on the project. I believe my experience of group script writing, giving presentations and interviewing professionals within the media industry has helped my team working ability and taught me how to compromise to complete the task at hand.
