About me

Recently graduating from The University of The West of England with first class honors in Graphic Design, I am now seeking entry level design oppurtunities, internships and junior graphic design positions across the UK.

As a designer I believe form follows function, striving to reflect the content through concept to provide confident and clean design solutions to existing problems. Having created final solutions within multiple mediums, I have demonstrated a high understanding and skill level within typography, branding, print, web and digital platforms.

Having had a very successful year, gaining both MISTD and shortlist for the RSA Student Awards, I am looking for design opportunities which will both further this high level of achievement and excitement within the subject.

I am currently working as a freelance designer and have several projects currently in motion. Always aiming to combine an enthusiastic, approachable and professional work ethic with a high standard of design, I am both eager and excited to begin working at a professional level.

Sector Experience

2006 Creative Design Agency (Swindon) - Working as part of a diverse and creative team of designers: tasks included the design and implementation of a national campaign including posters and promotional material. Working towards real deadlines both individually and as part of a collaborative effort. , 2007 - 2012 Freelance work - Working as a freelance designer i have undertaken various projects with final solutions including: Re-Branding & logo design, web design & the upkeep of social networking platforms, Promotional material such as flyers and posters, album artwork & apparell design. , 2011 Creative Enterprise - Forward thinking course serving as a dissertation equivelant focussing on young creative's entreupenueral skills. A full business case was researcehed & written, including market research, cash flows and yearly forecasts.
