Dear Sir or Madam,

Please accept this as my application for the position of Junior Project Manager/ Coordinator as found advertised on the Creativepool website.

I've had an extremely fortunate history of working for the BBC for 4 years and at a variation of other high-profile media production companies. However, after being a highly valued member of staff and having a quick succession of promotions, I am now looking for a new challenge that allows me to develop my strong skill set even further.

I put my quick progression at the BBC and Input Media down to my attitude, capable ability and desire to learn new skills. I take pride in what I do and get great satisfaction from exceeding expectations. I believe it is essential to not only complete tasks that your team ask of you, but to constantly do more than expected; completing everything to the highest possible standard and generally offering more than what is in your job description. My ability to pitch in with problem-solving suggestions makes me an invaluable member of a team.

At 24, I feel like this is the perfect time for a slight career change, as not only have I learnt invaluable skills within the BBC and when working as a high-pressure Graphics Operator for live sport television, but I have created an excellent set of communication skills. My experience with client-facing roles has taught me professionalism of the highest standard, and I have played a diverse role in both liaising with clients and in landing new business. This is an area I am keen to expand on in the future.
