About me

My name is Luke Huckle. I currently work for Aylesworth Fleming, an advertising agency that is part of the Emerge Group. I work as a Junior Account Manager and Video Production Technician for the agency, but want to expand and move away from Account Handling and focus more on Video Production.

I have a passion for video production, as I studied this at University. I have progressed well at the Advertising Agency, as within 2 years of starting as a Trainee Account Executive, I then moved to Account Executive, and am now a Junior Account Manager, fast on my way to becoming an Account Manager. Since starting at the agency I have created videos for our clients alongside my Account Handling role, ranging from housing development showhome tours, product demonstrations, vox pops, interviews, online product videos and product overviews.

In my personal time I also have started along with an audio specialist filming weddings.

Skills

I gained valuable skills at University where I studied Media Production. My camera operating skills expanded thanks to week in, week out sports broadcasting camera work. With the footage, we would edit together weekly highlights using Premier Pro & upload which would see approx. 5000 views a week. Videos included highlights of British Elite League Ice Hockey games. We filmed post match manager interviews which were carried out by BBC or Sky Sports broadcasters. I then spent 4 months travelling around the USA which was a fantastic experience as it helped develop me as a person., Since joining Aylesworth Fleming advertising agency I started as a Trainee Account Executive, I am now a Junior Account Manager. These promotions happened due to my confidence with clients, willingness to work, presenting skills when pitching, video work for the agency, organisational skills balancing 2 large clients with video work & high quality of work I brief in to the team.

Sector Experience

The sectors I have gained experience in include national new build housing developers, leisure, retail, sport and commercial property developers., I have learnt how to keep up to date with market trends as the sectors I have worked within require knowledge as these markets change so frequently., The different sectors I have dealt with have also been not targeted to just the South of England, but all over the Country. From little Cornish towns to large cities like Manchester - which with them means I need to know not just national sector knowledge but also local knowledge.
