About me

Hello! Let me introduce myself...

I am a London-based freelance illustrator

I've recently graduated from my Illustration degree from
University of Westminster with a 2:1

I was taught by top illustrators such as Alan Baker, David
Foldvari and Simone Lia

I was chosen to represent my university at the 2010 D&AD New
Blood/Free Range fair in the Old Truman Brewery (Brick Lane)

I recently won a competition brief set by Jelly London, an
illustration and animation agency. The brief involved setting up an
artists collective and promoting yourself in the best and most
memorable way. My illustration collective is called LASH and we're
having our first show in Showcase London, Cafe 1001, Brick Lane on
Wednesday August 4th 5..30pm, please feel free to come
along!!

I did work experience with M&C Saatchi in 2003 and they used
one of my ideas for their British Airways poster campaign.

I've had several reviews written about me recently by Amelia's
magazine, Love is the Law magazine, and creative agency
Twenty%extra

The animals in my portfolio are from a recent project about
anthropomorphism where I address different problems around Britain,
such as immigration, homophobia, etiquette and class division among
others...

I have written and illustrated two short books, one mocks dog
training and the other is a guide to blending in with the
English.

I am currently working on a project about defying stereotypes
which shows what people are really like behind closed doors.

My nickname is Wraggles

Thanks for reading... Please do get in touch if you're
interested in my work :-)
