About me

My name is Lucy Alice Walker but you can call me Lucy, Luce or Lu for short. Born in 1995, from Manchester. I have been a creative all my life but during my teens I started to take it seriously. A flame was lit while studying Art and design as a GCSE. Moving on to college I became interested in Graphic Design.

I have been practicing in Graphic design for the last five years; two years at college and the last three at university. My time at university has made me realise that I have a passion for typography and editorial design. I now collect as many beautifully designed magazines as possible and my two favourite fonts are Baskerville and Futura.

As an individual I am incredibly hard working, dedicated to all the work I do and I am trust worthy. I love to be organised, on time to everyday at work or university. I can work well as part of a team and on my own.
