I have over 10 years of PR, communications, events, digital and marketing experience working with leading luxury, jewellery and fashion brands on an international level across a diverse portfolio of products.
I currently consult for fashion, luxury, lifestyle start up brands. I am currently working with EvolutionSK a new multi-brand digital fashion and lifestyle e-commerce marketplace for curated edits from global independent brands founded by Dr. Serra Kirdar. I am responsible for translating the Brand Founder's strategic priorities of the brand into an activation master calendar to establish a strong brand positioning, to achieve business objectives and to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels whilst managing the junior team members. I manage the Digital Marketing Agency for SEO optimisation, best practice UX Design to create meaningful and relevant experience for users and for successful Email Marketing Campaign as well as paid social and search campaigns.
I was previously Head of Communications at global luxury accessories brand NEOUS. My duties included solidifying and overseeing the brand tone of voice and all brand content across all platforms via a strategic marketing and communications plan. Identifying and generating key news and feature opportunities and stories. In addition to managing all press launches and experience-based events as well as managing all global external agencies and junior team members.
Prior to my current roles I was Global Head of Communications at luxury footwear brand, Malone Souliers. During my three and a half years at Malone Souliers I was instrumental in creating and executing the global communications strategy for the brand which helped contribute to the company's rapid success as one of the fastest growing luxury shoe brands as well as exceeding all company targets and departmental KPIs.
My responsibilities included but were not limited to developing, implementing, reporting and analysing strategic PR & communications plans to launch the brand in new markets, stores and launching new product categories and ensuring all was within the communications budget. In addition, I was responsible for devising brand campaigns and brand partnerships to engage with the new and existing audiences to build brand equity and drive company growth.
I acted as counsel on communications considerations for corporate, brand, and policy changes that will affect matters of reputation. Advising on best practices and communications guidelines for general support queries related to sensitive, or potential high-risk issues.
I was responsible for managing four direct reports as well as the external global PR agencies and ensuring the brand received consistent, high quality and on brand coverage across print, digital, broadcast and social channels and ROI was met. I managed and cultivated relationships with key fashion press, Influencers, stylists, VIPs and clients to strengthen brand awareness and for content creation. Key markets included, Europe, US, Middle East and China.
My role also included developing and managing the events calendar and executing all brand events, inclusive of London Fashion Week Presentations, Client & Customer Events as well as VIP, Press and Influencer events and overseeing the critical path, budget control and management of external agencies and partners.
