About me

My initial work experience is in marketing on the client side which

gives a good insight into client expectations, but I have now over 3 years experience in an account management/buyer role working with an in-house studio and with free lance designers. I feel I have an excellent knowledge base now and am ready to spread my wings and move onto new challenges.

At present I manage the Avon Account; Keatings largest client. They are a very demanding client and expect artwork to be turned around quickly and on time. In order to run the account efficiently it is vital that an depth knowledge and understanding of their legal and packaging guidelines is obtained immediately. In order to grow the account with Avon they want to see a smooth and efficent process, but also a proactive nature highlighting cost saving and problem solving solutions.

I have excellent customer service skills these have been developed having dealt with many different clients across all situations. I am used to working to deadlines on a daily basis and to tight deadlines that some would think impossible, but I have learnt that nothing is impossible to achieve with dedication, organisation and motivation.

I am hard working and dedicated to any job I carry out in order that my client receives a proof/concept/printed or promotional item that exceeds their expectation.

I use a client/sales management system every day and this allows the budget/scheduling of jobs. Invoicing is also carried out from this system and has to be monitored to make sure each job is invoiced on time.
