Dear Employer,

I'm writing to apply for the position of Artworker.

I am a highly creative and organised individual, who enjoys a challenge. I enjoy using my creativity to take a brief and incorporate it with my research in order to create a range of fantastic designs for a variety of marketing collateral.

I have excellent graphics skills, as in my time working for Supermicro I was the In-House Graphic Designer; therefore I used Adobe CS6 Software on a daily basis in order to create a varied range of marketing material. This included Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and even dabbled with Dreamweaver.

My current job at Anastasia Fashions, where I have been employed for over a year, has allowed me to be involved with all areas of running an online fashion business - from assisting in the buying process for coming seasons, designing marketing collateral using Adobe Software, loading products to various online platforms, customer service, processing orders, as well as correspondence with suppliers and the warehouses. It is a small company, and since being there it has doubled in size. As PA to Director I am second in command and am responsible for ensuring everything is completed by the end of the day, which has helped build my organisational skills. I have been very grateful for the opportunity to be involved with every aspect of the business; however I feel I am now ready to start my career within fashion.

I feel I would be a great asset to your company, given my long standing passion for fashion & design, my knowledge of using Adobe software to create collateral for varied industries such as IT and Fashion, my initiative to work well as part of a team and on my own and my organisational skills.
