About me

Lucas is a multifaceted creative leader, whose passion lies in building multidisciplinary teams, to drive work that understands the world we live in and how we live it.

He has led creative departments in South America, North America and Europe. Generating an extensive list of award-winning work for prominent clients such as Nespresso, Shell, Procter & Gamble, HSBC, Heineken, Nestle, and Danone.

His work has been distinguished by the top creative festivals across the globe, such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Webbys and Clios.

Today, Lucas proudly serves as the Chief Creative Officer at The Gate London.

Prior to this, he was the Executive Creative Director of J. Walter Thompson London (later called Wunderman Thompson).

And before that, he was Executive Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer at POSSIBLE, the largest global digital agency of the WPP group at the time.
