The nature of my degree course and my amassed work experience has prepared me for the position of Copywriter. My previous job roles have involved a great deal of copywriting in both a B2B and B2C setting, in the marketing and PR industries. Much of my work has required me to simplify and explain complex concepts in a specific tone of voice for a number of industries, including technology and finance.
Through my experience in producing deliverables across a variety of channels, I am well versed in using content management systems to write and edit sections of web copy; occasionally entire websites to ensure optimised copy and that effectively targets the core customer base.
I also have experience in dealing with stakeholders across a number of different levels, both in an account management and social media management capacity. This has given me a unique perspective at building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
I am a fast and accurate writer, with a keen eye for detail and being a team player. I would be grateful for the opportunity that this role offers. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, having the enthusiasm and determination required to be a success.
