Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing in relation to the advertised vacancy and have therefore attached my CV and this covering letter.

From my time at GR Sunshine Properties I am very familiar with customer queries over the phone and online, along with face to face welcoming and greeting. I feel that this gives me a great starting point for a position here as I know these are the main outlets that the company would communicate to their customers. I have also dealt with complaints and understand what it takes to resolve a situation with a customer and how to handle the problem.

Due to my outgoing and sociable personality traits, I fit in and work very well as part of a team and perform my required role to a high standard. However I am also very adept at working individually and using my own initiative.

I spend 7 days a week all over Social Media advertising for my current company and creating new ideas to attract new and potential clients, i understand the ins and outs of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Periscope, Photoshop and many more.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have a basic level of Italian.

I believe everything stated above along with my genuine excitement and desire to succeed would make me a perfect candidate for the role, and I would love to discuss the opportunity with you further.
